Okay the "same plan can drive live hardware, run in a deterministic simulator, or be replayed for debugging" line is the one that got me, because I've been fighting this exact thing.

Replaying the plan turned out to be the easy part, I mean it's just data. The thing that kept biting me is the world. The plan re-runs fine but the site it saw is gone, so the replay makes different decisions and suddenly I'm debugging a run that never happened. Took me an embarrassingly long time to figure out the recording has to include everything the plan looked at, not just what it did.

So, when you replay a run, does it see the actual snapshots from that day on site? Or does it re-decide against the sim's world? Like the soldier course wall from Alex's post, could you pull that exact run up today and watch it happen again?

I'm 17 and building a replay engine for robot fleets, so I might just be projecting my own bugs onto your architecture. But this is the part I'd genuinely love to know.

I wish there’s be a way to try your digital twin in my home laptop
